Learn to see what matters.
Interactive radiology and ultrasound cases designed to strengthen visual interpretation and clinical reasoning.
What RADSpace is
RADSpace is an interactive learning platform where medical students and trainees practise the core act of imaging: finding the abnormality. Each case presents a brief clinical history and a radiology image or ultrasound clip. You click where you believe the key finding is, commit to a diagnosis, rate your confidence — and only then is the answer revealed, with the correct region highlighted, a structured explanation, a sample report, and a case-specific AI tutor for follow-up questions.
Why active interpretation matters
Reading about a pneumothorax is not the same as finding one. Educational research consistently favours active retrieval and immediate feedback over passive review — and image interpretation is, above all, a perceptual skill built through deliberate practice. By committing to a location and a confidence level before seeing the answer, learners confront exactly what they saw, what they missed, and how well their certainty tracked reality. That loop — commit, compare, correct — is the engine of the platform.
Our educational mission
To make radiology and point-of-care ultrasound education more active, accessible, and clinically relevant — for medical students, junior residents, and every healthcare trainee learning to interpret images. We focus on the common, high-value findings that every clinician should recognize, taught with the systematic search patterns radiologists actually use.
Created by Mediverse
RADSpace is a Mediverse learning platform. Mediverse builds specialty-based medical-education platforms that teach clinical interpretation and diagnostic reasoning through interactive cases, structured feedback, and clear teaching — helping learners understand not only what they are seeing, but why it matters.

Educational limitations
- RADSpace is an educational platform and is not intended for clinical decision-making, diagnosis, or direct patient care.
- Cases are simplified for teaching; real studies contain more variation, more ambiguity, and more incidental findings than any curated library can capture.
- AI-generated feedback may contain errors — the verified case explanation is always the authoritative teaching summary.
- Completing cases here supplements, and never replaces, supervised clinical training and formal curricula.
